This is good quality fabric and can be used to help keep warm in the cold winter months. I think this runs small, I ordered an XL for my husband and it fit me like a mens M/L. I would make sure you read/understand the sizing charts or even contact their customer service to make sure you get the right size. I still rated a 4 because of the quality, quick shipping, and regardless one of us was able to use this.  I like the dark blue color, and again the quality of the fabric and stitching is very high quality.
