When I got home from work the other day, I had a box on my front porch and had no idea what it was - Surprise Mail Day!
When I opened the box, I was AMAZED at how many packets of Big Slice apples where in there - I mean WOWza. Normally you get a couple to try out, right, or small sizes just to get a bite. This company is AWESOME! seriously.....My daughter and I were very excited to try these out. We both like fruit and applesauce and some of these flavors seemed to be unique (in a good way). To be safe we started with the original, which was good. There are chunks of apples with some sauce and liquid - reminds me of apple pie filling. Oh what a great desert idea - Big Slice Apples (warned) with some vanilla bean ice cream - oh yumm - I think there are a ton of things we can do with these, and of course just eat them as they are. They are packaged in a convenient package (easy tear open) and can be chilled, frozen or room temp. Note, if you want to heat before serving, remove from packaging as it contains metal inside!
My daughter and her friends loved these - they are so good! And the fact that they are all natural and contain healthy ingredients, I am happy to let her take these to school with her!
