My husband normally takes another well known brand for gas and bloating relief, so I thought this would be good to try something new. It helped reduce the gas and bloat, but he said they didnt smell or taste very good when he swallowed them - so I would recommend to drink lots of water or juice to help cover up the smell/taste.
